Following his arrest, O'Brien shared a search warrant was issued for his address where a large amount of drugs were seized.
Nafchesca Rodriguez, age 33, was subsequently arrested. Ohio BCI has been testing these drugs for content, said O'Brien. Both Feliciano and Rodriguez were charged with possession and trafficking with specification.
O’Brien added, “the specification, MDO, was for being a major drug offender due to the large quantity they possessed.”
